TIER I – The Signature Experience

$250 per person

6 Guest Minimum | Up to 12 Guests

Includes:


• Four-course curated menu
• Elegant candlelit ambiance
• Personalized menu cards
• 2-hour private dining experience
• 1 Complimentary Bottle of Moët Champagne per party

Minimum Investment: $1,500

TIER II – The Elevated Experience

$325 per person

6 Guest Minimum | Up to 12 Guests

Includes everything in Tier I plus:
• Five-course tasting menu
• Luxury tablescape upgrade
• Signature cocktail pairing (1 per guest)
• 2 Complimentary Bottles of Moët Champagne per party

Minimum Investment: $1,950

TIER III – The Lavish Experience

$450 per person

6 Guest Minimum | Up to 12 Guests

Includes everything in Tier II plus:
• Custom décor styling
• Premium wine or cocktail pairing
• Personalized celebration cake
• Professional photographer (1 hour)
• 3 Complimentary Bottles of Moët Champagne per party

Minimum Investment: $2,700

Booking Information

• 50% non-refundable retainer required
• Remaining balance due 7 days prior
• 20% service charge added to all bookings
• Additional alcohol available upon request at separate cost

At Dining in the Wall, our menus are intentionally minimal to preserve quality, precision, and elevated execution.

Guests select one option per course.
Final selections confirmed prior to event date.

FIRST COURSE

Lobster Bisque
Silky, rich broth finished with herb oil.

Island Spiced Shrimp
Citrus greens, light vinaigrette.

Burrata
Roasted tomatoes, basil reduction.

SALAD COURSE

Baby Arugula
Candied pecans, goat cheese, champagne vinaigrette.

Crisp romaine, shaved parmesan.

Watermelon & Feta
Fresh mint, honey-lime drizzle.

MAIN COURSE

Pan-Seared Salmon
Jungle Crack Sauce, fresh mango salsa.

Stuffed Cranberry Chicken Breast
Spinach & cream cheese filling, herb reduction.

Butter-Poached Lobster Tail
